Теоретичні підходи до поняття «стійкість системи»

Abstract

Досліджено сутність понять «стійкість», «система», «стійкість системи». Наведено підходи до поняття «стійкість системи» у різних науках. Встановлено, що дослідження категорії «стійкість» уперше запроваджено у технічній сфері, при дослідженні геосистем, філософії. З’ясовано, що поняття «стійкість» нерозривно пов’язане з поняттям «система» і є однією з основних її властивостей. Констатовано: гуманітарні науки почали досліджувати стійкість соціальних систем у ХХ ст.; щодо соціальних систем, то стійкість можна тлумачити як властивість або стан системи. Обґрунтовано, що стійкість економічної системи – це властивість, яка проявляється в стані системи, яка залежить від її відносин зі зовнішнім середовищем.The article explores the essence of the concepts of «stability», «system», «stability of the system». The approaches to the concept of «system stability» in different sciences are presented. It was established that the research of the category of «stability» was first used in the technical field, in the study of biological and geosystems. In technical sciences, «stability» is seen as the ability of the object to function normally and to withstand a variety of inevitable perturbations. Resilience of living systems is achieved not only because of the strength of bonds, but due to their ability to self-healing. The living system does not always return to the previous state, but may change the state of equilibrium. The humanities began to study stability in the twentieth century. The specificity of social systems is that the «stability of social systems» manifests itself in its ability to adapt to changing conditions of existence. As for social systems, stability is the concept of dynamic, that is, it involves the development of a social system. The concept of «stability» is inextricably linked with the notion «system» and is one of its key properties. Systems have certain common properties and features. It is established that the property is the internal content of the system, it is even externally manifested in the form of an appropriate feature. That is, the sign is an external appearance of the properties of the system. Regarding the economic system, stability is a dualistic form of manifestation. The stability of the economic system is not just the property or state of the system, but the property that manifests itself in the state of the system, which depends on its relationship with the external environment. The development of the economic system is possible provided the dynamic stability is ensured. Dynamic stability of the economic system manifests itself in the reaction of the system and its elements to the action of external and internal factors, which leads to the restoration of the system.
