Роль соціальної ідентичності у професійній діяльності до професійної діяльності студентської молоді

Abstract

Розглянуто соціальну ідентичність в осіб із різним рівнем психологічної готовності до професійної діяльності. Проаналізовано взаємозв’язок соціальної ідентичності, компонентів психологічної готовності та особистісних якостей, що сприяють саморозвитку та самореалізації особистості в професійній сфері. Визначено роль соціальної ідентичності серед чоловіків та жінок із різним рівнем психологічної готовності до професійної діяльності. Досліджено види соціальної ідентичності, зокрема організаційної ідентичності. The problem of the role of social identity in the preparedness of students for professional careers. Many researchers considered the social identity as a personal entity which reflects the internal human solidarity with group ideals and standards as well as the characteristics by which people share in world similar and dissimilar to themselves. Analyzed the relationship and social identity, components of psychological readiness for professional work. Thus, the development of psychological readiness for professional and personal qualities that contribute to the future self in a professional activity (the desire for self-actualization, its value orientation in time, need for cognition, view of human nature, creativity) depends on the social identity. We consider social identity in individuals with different levels of psychological readiness for professional work. Persons with a high level of readiness for professional activity, compared to other students show higher values in personal, social and collective identification mode. But at the same time, found that social identity is characterized by a greater extent for people with high levels of psychological readiness for professional work. The role of social identity among men and women with different levels of psychological readiness for professional work. Women, regardless of the level of psychological readiness, primarily focused on the implementation of their own needs and desires, but at the same time follow prosotsialnym values, because in the future seek to be belonging to a professional environment. Unlike women, men with high levels of psychological readiness to professional activity, priority, consider the need to comply with and adhere prosotsialnyh values tend to be belonging to a certain social circle, including professional.
