Криміналістична характеристика злочинів, пов’язаних із нецільовим використанням бюджетних коштів

Abstract

Розглянуто особливості механізму злочинів, пов’язаних із нецільовим використанням бюджетних коштів, та вдосконалено їх криміналістичну характеристику. Встановлено визначальні елементи, що розкривають нецільове використання бюджетних коштів: бюджетні кошти у великих і особливо великих розмірах – як предмет злочинного посягання; нецільове використання, здійснення видатків, надання кредитів – як спосіб учинення злочину; службову особу – як типову особу злочинця; документи – як типові сліди вчинення злочину. The features of related to misuse of budget funds mechanism offenses and improved their forensic characterization.
