Підходи до управління інвестиційною складовою економічної безпеки: проблеми та перспективи застосування

Abstract

Розглянуто проблеми формування економічної безпеки в Україні та її регіонах, а також об’єктах господарювання. Визначено суть економічної безпеки, деталізовано її частини. Проаналізовано процес управління інвестиційною складовою економічної безпеки на засадах різних підходів. Виявлено наявні проблеми управління інвестиційною складовою економічної безпеки та можливості їх вирішення. Наведено пропозиції щодо використання функціонального підходу в управлінні інвестиційною та економічною безпекою. The aim of the article is to study the essence of economic security, its investment component, as well as the problems in its management in crisis conditions on the basis of a functional approach. The interest of many scientists demonstrates the importance of the problems of economic security of the enterprise (including its investment component), the region and the state. The research of the essence of economic security has shown that this concept is relatively new to Ukraine. Although, it has been used in public administration and management system abroad for a long time. The increasing of the activity, especially investment activity at the local level, will let to achieve the improvement of these parameters at the state level, and thus it will increase the level of economic security of the enterprise, the region or the country. The problems of economic security in Ukraine and its regions and in the objects of economic activity are considered in this article. The essence of the economic security is defined and its components are detailed. The process of the management of the investment component of economic security on the basis of different approaches (dynamic, objective and functional) is analysed. The existing problems of the management of investment component of economic security for each of these approaches and opportunities for their solution are revealed. The proposals for the use of the functional approach in the management of investment and economic security are shown. The main features of the management of investment component of economic security are analysed in the article. Thought-out and substantiated management of the investment component of economic security based on a functional approach will let to solve the whole complex of social and economic problems and create favorable conditions for economic reformation and its restructuring. The management of the investment component of economic is a key element, the development of the economy as a whole and the intensification and security level of the entrepreneurship depends on its efficiency.
