Забезпечення соціально-економічної безпеки держави через призму кадрової безпеки підприємства

Abstract

Досліджено особливості соціально-економічної безпеки держави та конкретного підприємства з позиції цілого та елементарної частини. Акцентовано на налагодженій та ефективній взаємодії всіх складових соціально-економічної безпеки (СЕБ) держави через призму забезпечення СЕБ підприємства, що залежать від кадрового потенціалу, який впливає на всі аспекти їх життєдіяльності. Запропоновано алгоритм оцінювання СЕБ підприємства. In the article the features of social and economic security and individual enterprise. We see the state and the company as a whole and parts. We have focused on well-functioning and efficient interaction of all components of socio-economic security (SES) state. Showed relationship between economic development and state enterprises. Explored the impact on the economic security of human capacity. Identified the main priorities influence on personnel security. We proposed algorithm for evaluating SES company. As at the micro level and at the level of the state should be developed complex system of socio-economic security. The system should take into account the level and quality of life, social benefits and basic salary. The mechanism for social and economic security should include a toolkit of increase of social standards of economic security, job creation, provision of targeted social benefits, creating a cumulative pension funds, government regulation of social protection and warning system of social and economic risks and threats.
