Роль соціального пакета для працівників у економічній безпеці українських підприємств: проблеми та перспективи розвитку в умовах інтегрування до світового економічного простору

Abstract

Розглянуто проблеми формування соціального пакета для працівників українських підприємств. Визначено роль соціального пакета для працівників у економічній безпеці підприємств України. Проаналізовано проблеми та перспективи розвитку соціального пакета для працівників українських підприємств в умовах інтегрування України до світового економічного простору. Вивчено історичний розвиток становлення соціальних пакетів у світовому господарстві. Визначено основні складові потенційних соціальних пакетів для працівників українських підприємств. Виокремлено основні переваги від застосування конкурентних соціальних пакетів українськими працедавцями. In the article the problem of forming the social package for Ukrainian companies. The work analyzes the historical development of the formation and the formation of social packages in the global economy. The main components of the potential social packages for employees of Ukrainian companies. The article singles out the main advantages of the use of competitive social packets Ukrainian employers. Ensuring social package will allow the employer to achieve the following objectives: to create a positive image (including both employer in the labor market), to coordinate the strategic goals of the organization with the personal goals of employees, increase productivity, dedication of employees, optimize the cost of HR and social security (except statutory) improve socio-psychological climate, improve the quality and safety of the organization as a whole (including economic). We proposed the introduction of Ukrainian employers a competitive social package, taking into account environmental factors. In addition, achieving a stable position in the company, the employer is not able to endlessly increase wages, while the social package can be expanded and upplemented with new components. This will increase productivity and optimize the cost of management personnel. As for the future directions of research appropriate to draw attention to attracting workers to form social package to select the main criteria for evaluating the effectiveness of the package and optimization of the ratio of its components.
