Управління інтелектуальним потенціалом суб’єктів господарювання у національній економіці: автореферат

Abstract

У дисертації досліджуються теоретичні і прикладні проблеми формування та використання інтелектуального потенціалу суб’єктів господарювання, що визначає напрямки інноваційного розвитку економіки України. Розвинуто теоретичні засади та визначено категорії, що у взаємозв’язку формують системну парадигму інтелектуального потенціалу. У дисертації уперше сутність інтелектуального потенціалу визначається як можливість елементів інтелектуального капіталу та управління знаннями формувати такі управлінські компетенції, які на основі системного поєднання характеристик інтелектуального потенціалу забезпечують конкурентні переваги та інноваційність розвитку. Розширено методологічне забезпечення дослідження структури інтелектуального потенціалу за рахунок запропонованих нових методів, методик, моделей та показників. Поглиблено теорію реалізації інтелектуального потенціалу в період формування інформаційно-інноваційного середовища економіки України за рахунок формування характеристик потенціалу (економічних та енергетико-інформаційних); розглянуто напрямки і механізми удосконалення його реалізації на основі концепції формування систем управління знаннями та ключових компетенцій. Розроблено комплекс економіко-математичних моделей дослідження рівня та ефективності використання інтелектуального потенціалу. Запропоновано адаптаційно-організаційний механізм реалізації інтелектуального потенціалу в умовах розвитку економіки знань. The considered conception bases of construction, analysis and economic systems stabilization of subjects of economic activities and theory systems basis, tectology and synergetic.In Dissertation for the first time in the economic theory the intellectual potential notions were systematically analyzed, its elements and characteristics, intellectual potential management mechanisms are carried out and economic-mathematical samples of its analyses are represented. The intellectual potential essence is determined as the possibility of intellectual capital elements and knowledge management to form such management competences, which on the basis of system combination of intellectual potential characteristics provide competitive advantages and innovation development. The represented formalized model/sample reflects member wise composition, specific displays, and intellectual potential measurement levels and is considered to be the basis for the construction of various sort of economic-mathematical models, which reflect statistic and dynamic nature of economic phenomena and the conditions of vagueness.Under the mechanism of intellectual potential management is considered the knowledge structure, which reflects the peculiarities of potentials formation, their state and change estimation. Intellectual potential management mechanism is formed on the basis of systems theory positions, analysis methods, tectology laws and the bases of open dynamic systems fundamental development. The energy and information cooperation processes considered in the paper, as the properties of intellectual potential of economic activities subject’s, which operate on the basis of energotropic laws, allowed to form the range of hypotheses, which determine their display in socio-economic systems activity, and to modify the energy-information balances equalization.It is offered to consider the enterprise intellectual potential competitiveness as complex comparative potential characteristics, which removes the level of advantage of indicators qualities aggregation and innovation of the resources usage on the basis of key potentials. The organizational mechanism of management formation and key competences it is offered the usage of training-development programs for the personnel.The combination of knowledge management instruments – communications and reflection, organization orgculture, information technologies, key management competences – with the principles of enterprise intellectual capital construction allows to form the competitive advantages on the basis of management innovation.
