Порушено питання щодо інформаційного забезпечення діяльності органів виконавчої влади. Розкрито сутність соціальної інформації, яка полягає в отриманні у процесі мислення знань, повідомлень, відомостей про соціальну та інші форми руху матерії, які використовуються суспільством. Розглянуто ознаки інформації, які поділяються за юридичними властивостями; строками; місцем виникнення; змістом; характером впливу.
