Abstract

У монографії висвітлюються основні правові засади оренди земель сільськогосподарського призначення, яка у процесі проведення земельної і аграрної реформ стала одним з головних видів землевикористання, дається юридична характеристика цієї пріоритетної категорії земель в складі земель України. Для студентів, бакалаврів, спеціалістів, магістрів, аспірантів, викладачів правознавчих, аграрних та землевпорядних спеціальностей вищих навчальних закладів та широкого кола практичних працівників і селян.Basic legal principles of lease of the lands of agricultural purpose are illuminated in a monograph. In the process of realization of the landed and agrarian reforms this type of land-tenure became one of main types of using earth. Legal description of priority category of earth is in-process given in composition of lands of Ukraine. The historical aspects of the legal adjusting of lease of earth of the agricultural setting are investigational. The modern legal adjusting of lease of earth of the agricultural setting characterizes the leasings landed relations as independent institute of the landed right for Ukraine. The contract of lease of lot land of the agricultural purpose is spared separate attention. A concept and substantial conditions of the agreement of lease of lot land of the agricultural setting are certain.
