Модифікаційна мінливість права

Abstract

До проблеми модифікації кодів права застосовано нетрадиційні для такого контексту підходи – біологічний і хімічний. Здійснено аналіз можливості модифікації кодів права і розкрито її значення для розвитку права як соціального інституту. To the problem of modification of codes of law was applied non-traditional methods of approach (as to such context) – biological and chemical. Was conducted a comprehensive analysis of possible modifications of the law and disclosed its importance for the development of law as a social institution.
