Abstract

У навчальному посібнику висвітлюються питання присвячені конституційним основам організації та діяльності органів державної влади, зокрема органам законодавчої, виконавчої і судової влади. Викладаються конституційні основи організації та діяльності Верховної Ради – парламенту України, Президента України, Кабінету Міністрів України, міністерств та інших органів виконавчої влади, Конституційного Суду України, судів загальної юрисдикції, органів прокуратури тощо. The textbook covers issues related to the constitutional foundations of the organization and activities of state authorities, in particular, legislative, executive and judicial authorities. The constitutional bases of the organization and activities of the Verkhovna Rada - the Parliament of Ukraine, the President of Ukraine, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, ministries and other bodies of executive power, the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, courts of general jurisdiction, and the organs of the public prosecutor's office are set forth.
