Погляди українських юристів щодо сутності енциклопедії права та теорії права (порівняльний аналіз)

Abstract

З’ясовано сутність такого правового явища, як енциклопедія права, та її зв’язок із теорією права. Досліджено основні теоретичні положення українських вчених, які впливали на формування змісту та значення енциклопедії права. The article is devoted to the problem of finding out the essence of such legal phenomenon as an encyclopaedia of right and its connection with the theory of right. The substantive theoretical provisions of Ukrainian scientists which influenced the formation of the content and significance of encyclopaedia of right are examined.
