Деякі питання використання спеціальних психологічних знань під час прийняття рішень у кримінальних справах

Abstract

Стаття розкриває значення участі фахівця-психолога у проведенні ряду слідчих дій. Доведено, що знання фахівця допомагають уникнути низки помилок та однобічності під час прийняття рішень у кримінальній справі. The participation of a psychologist in the investigations is revealed in the article.The use of special psychological knowledge enables the investigator to rely not only on his/her professionalism and expertise, but also on the extensive knowledge of an expert by means of which an investigator can avoid mistakes and one-sidedness in deciding a criminal case.
