Участь третіх осіб у цивільному процесі

Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню особливостей правового статусу третіх осіб у цивільному процесі України на сучасному етапі розвитку цивільного процесуального права. Проаналізовано особливості правового статусу третіх осіб, які заявляють самостійні вимоги щодо предмета позову, та третіх осіб, які не заявляють самостійні вимоги щодо предмета позову. The article is devoted to research of features of legal status of the third persons in civil procedure of Ukraine on the modern stage of development of civil judicial law. The features of legal status of the third persons, which declare the independent demands in relation to the subject of an action and third persons which do not declare the independent demands in relation to the subject of an action, are analysed.
