Особливості правового регулювання репродуктивних прав фізичної особи

Abstract

У статті зазначається, що репродуктивні права фізичної особи є похідними від основних прав і свобод, закріплених у Конституції України. Автор проаналізувала міжнародне та національне законодавство у сфері регулювання репродуктивних прав та внесла пропозиції щодо удосконалення норм Сімейного кодексу України. The article states that the reproductive rights of a natural person are derived from the fundamental rights and freedoms established in the Constitution of Ukraine. The author has analyzed the international and national legislation in the field of regulation of reproductive rights and has made suggestions on the improvement of the standards of the Family Code of Ukraine.
