Abstract

У виданні розкрито зміст 2000 юридичних термінів і понять, довідок про нормативно-правові акти, події, явища з історії держави і права зарубіжних країн – дисципліни, яку вивчають в Україні практично в усіх вищих навчальних закладах юридичного спрямування. Для студентів (курсантів), науково-педагогічних працівників, усіх, хто цікавиться історією держави і права зарубіжних країн, юриспруденцією. The contents of 2000 legal terms and concepts, references about normative-legal acts, events, phenomena on the history of the state and the rights of foreign countries - the discipline studied in Ukraine practically in all higher educational institutions of legal direction are disclosed in the publication.
