Визначення ризиків інвестування в людський капітал в умовах переходу до інформаційного суспільства

Abstract

Досліджено особливості інвестиційного процесу людського капіталу, проаналізовано основні його етапи. Встановлено, що інвестиційний процес має супроводжуватися обʼєктивним та достовірним інформаційним забезпеченням управління інвестуванням у людський капітал, тому що є передумовою досягнення запланованих ефектів, оскільки від рівня його обʼєктивності залежить правильність прийняття інвестиційного рішення. Розроблено алгоритм процесу управління ризиками при інвестуванні у людський капітал. In article features of investment process of a human capital are researched, its main stages are analyzed. It is established that investment process shall be followed by reliable information support of human capital investment management because it is a base of the planned effects achievement and the correctness of adoption of the investment decision depends on the level of its objectivity. Investing activity is always performed under the conditions of uncertainty and risk which can lead to complete or partial loss of the invested means. At the same time, investment risks for the main subjects of a human capital investment have the different nature and specific structure. In article the algorithm of risk management process in case of investment into a human capital is developed. Basic reasons of risks in case of human capital investments implementation by enterprises connected with probability of the worker releases, uncertainty of mental abilities and personal motivation of workers, a psycho emotional and physiologic condition, aspiration to career development. It should be noted that enterprises as the main consumers of a human capital at a stage of its implementation, act as the main investors of its subsequent development and at the same time forced to increase payment for the augmented specific human capital for the purpose to decrease risks of its loss.The highest risk among the main subjects of investment has the entity as a result of the dual nature of a human capital and impossibility of department of the owner of a human capital – persons from work process – its implementation/ In case of effective risks management during human capital investments implementation, there is a possibility of assessment of investment processes of formation, usage and recreation of a human capital, as a result of establishment of factors which influence the volumes of investment.
