Спеціально уповноважені органи у сфері запобігання та протидії домашньому насильству

Abstract

У статті досліджено систему спеціально уповноважених органів у сфері запобігання і протидії домашньому насильству та їх повноваження. Авторами акцентується увага на необхідності ефективної взаємодії суб’єктів із запобігання та протидії домашньому насильству як єдино правильному напрямі боротьби із закоренілим явищем – домашнім насильством. The problem of brutality and domestic violence, that exists in our society, is extremely relevant. The article investigates the system of specially authorized bodies in the feld of prevention and counteraction to domestic violence, their functions and powers. The system of subjects for the prevention and counteraction of domestic violence establishes a new law “On Preventing and Combating Domestic Violence” of December 7, 2017, for the frst time in the history of the independent Ukraine. Such subjects include: specially authorized bodies in the feld of prevention and counteraction to domestic violence; other bodies and institutions, which are entrusted with functions of prevention and counteraction to domestic violence; general and specialized support services for injured persons; citizens of Ukraine, foreigners and stateless persons who are legally in Ukraine. It is exactly the powers of specially authorized bodies in the feld of prevention and counteraction to domestic violence analyzed by the authors of the article. It was stated that the Ministry of Social Policy of Ukraine is one of the main subjects of the public administration sectoral competence in the feld of administrative and legal regulation of combating domestic violence, which ensures the formation and implementation of state policy on prevention and counteraction to domestic violence. On the need for effective interaction between actors on prevention and counteraction to domestic violence the emphasis is, as the only correct direction of struggle against the backward phenomenon – domestic violence.
