Abstract

У статті досліджено історію формування науки про корпоративну культуру підприємств як елемента теорії управління. Узагальнено дослідження щодо розуміння сутності категорії «корпоративна культура» і запропоновано авторське визначення. Досліджено взаємозв’язок корпоративної культури із корпоративною етикою, філософією бізнесу, організаційною поведінкою. Paper examines the history of the formation of the science of the corporate culture as part of management theory. Overview research on understanding the essence of the notion of corporate culture and presented the author's definition. Investigated relations between corporate culture and corporate ethics, philosophy of business, organizational behavior.
