Щодо питання особистих немайнових прав організацій мовлення

Abstract

У цій роботі автор досліджує правову природу моральних прав організацій мовлення. Визначено поняття та надано детальний опис видів моральних прав організацій мовлення. Узагальнює наукові підходи до цього питання та обґрунтовано виправляє деякі помилкові наукові висновки та вносить пропозиції щодо усунення існуючих законодавчих прогалин. In this paper the author investigates the legal nature of moral rights of broadcasting organizations. Defined concepts and provided a detailed description of types of moral rights of broadcasting organizations. Summarizes the scientific approaches to this issue, and reasonably correct some erroneous scientific conclusions, and made proposals to remove of the existing legislative gaps.
