Abstract

Стаття присвячена дослідженню сутності, ознак, завдань публічної служби, а також засад правового статусу публічних службовців та перспектив його модернізації в Україні в умовах євроінтеграційних процесів. The article is devoted to the research of the essence, features, tasks of public service, as well as the principles of the legal status of public servants and the prospects for its modernization in Ukraine in the conditions of European integration processes.
