Аналіз якості життя населення в Україні

Abstract

У статті охарактеризовано теоретичні засади дослідження рівня та якості життя населення, проаналізовано етимологію терміна «якість життя населення», надано власну дефініцію категорії «якість життя населення». Проведено оцінювання якості життя населення в умовах сучасної України. Розраховано ланцюгові та базисні показники факторів непрямої дії на якість життя населення. Зокрема, проаналізовано зміну в динаміці коефіцієнтів, які характеризують демографічну ситуацію в країні, фінансове становище особи, рівень освіти, охорону здоров’я, криміногенну ситуацію та соціальний захист населення. Зазначено, що протягом останніх років відбуваються природне скорочення населення, збільшення міграційних процесів. Серед факторів непрямого впливу на якість життя населення особливу увагу приділено показникам фінансової безпеки особи, зокрема проаналізовано індекс людського розвитку, коефіцієнт Джині та інтегральний показник фінансової безпеки. Окреслено шляхи покращення якості життя. The quality of life of the population is the satisfaction of all needs of the population, taking into account safe environmental conditions, psychological safety, health, welfare, well-being and other factors. In today’s context, the quality of life of the population is one of the integral criteria for the development of society that requires detailed analysis, evaluation and search for strategic directions for improving the quality of life. The article uses the methods of analysis and synthesis, system approach, logical generalization and coefficient analysis. Theoretical principles of the study of the level and quality of life of the population are characterized, the etymology of the term “quality of life of the population” is analyzed, and the definition of the category “quality of life of the population” is given. The estimation of the quality of life of the population in the conditions of modern Ukraine is conducted. Chain and baseline indicators of factors of indirect effect on the quality of life of the population have been calculated. In particular, the changes in the dynamics of the coefficients characterizing the demographic situation in the country, the financial situation of the individual, the level of education, health care, criminogenic situation and social protection of the population are analyzed. It is noted that in recent years there has been a natural decrease in population and an increase in migration processes. It is emphasized that due to the armed conflict in the east and south of our country, the fall of the currency, the difficult economic situation, the financial security of the individual and the purchasing power of the population during 2018 has deteriorated. Among the factors that have an indirect impact on the quality of life of the population, particular attention is paid to the indicators of financial security of a person, in particular, the index of human development, the Gini index and the integral index of financial security are analyzed. The ways to improve the quality of life are outlined. They are: the reduction of poverty, the improvement of living conditions of socially vulnerable groups, the competent pension reform, the provision of high quality food to the population, the increase of employment rate, the sustainable GDP growth, the promotion of healthy lifestyle and personal development of citizens, the provision of good products for immunization of the population, the introduction of innovative approaches to diagnostics of diseases.
