Abstract

У монографії розглянуто питання, що стосуються філософсько-правового осмислення природи соціальної відповідальності в діяльності органів внутрішніх справ як передумови забезпечення правомірної пове- дінки працівників ОВС України під час виконання своїх посадових обов’язків щодо захисту, охорони та забезпечення прав, свобод і законних інтересів учасників суспільних відносин, розроблено пропозиції щодо її підвищення. Для науковців, студентів, курсантів, практичних працівників ОВС, а також усіх, хто цікавиться цією проблематикою. The monograph includes questions related to the philosophical and lawful understanding of the nature of social responsibility in the activity of the bodies of internal affairs as a prerequisite for ensuring the lawful behavior of employees of the internal affairs bodies of Ukraine during the implemen-tation of their official duties regarding the protection, guard, providing of the rights and freedoms and legitimate interests of members of social rela-tions. And also have been developed the offers about it rising. For scientists, students, cadets, employees of the internal affairs bodies of Ukraineas and also for everyone who are interested in this subject.
