Abstract

Висвітлено актуальні аспекти освіти і навчання дорослих як складової освіти людини впродовж життя. Розкрито теоретико-методологічні проблеми андрагогіки. Розглянуто дефініції цієї галузі знань. Охарактеризовано методи, технології і форми організації навчання дорослих. Для здобувачів вищої освіти, викладачів закладів вищої та післядипломної освіти, викладачів-андрагогів системи формальної, неформальної та інформальної освіти дорослих, науковців, які цікавляться проблемами освіти дорослих. The manual covers current aspects of adult education and training as an integral part of life-long education, reveals theoretical and methodological problems of andragogy, describes definitions of this area of knowledge, describes methods, technologies and forms of adult learning organization. The manual consists of two sections. The first section deals with: the subject, tasks, functions, formation and definitions of andragogy; peculiar features of an adult as a subject of education and training; problems of legal support of adult education; the functions and tasks of andragogy in working with adult learners; adult education in the lifelong learning structure. The second section deals with: the essence, patterns and principles of the andragogical process; modern methods, forms of organization and technology of adult learning; particular aspects of teaching different categories of adults; educational and scientific tourism as a tool for adult development. The annexes provide examples of educational tasks for independent work of higher education students in the ‘Andragogy’ discipline; plans and questions for discussion on ‘Andragogy’ training courses; regulatory documents of Ukraine on adult education. The textbook is addressed to applicants for higher education; teachers of higher and postgraduate education; andragog teachers of formal, non-formal and informal adult education; for scholars interested in adult education.
