Імплементація філософського мислення у формування правової культури: реорганізаційний етап розвитку сучасної гуманітарної освіти в Україні / New stages of development of modern science in Ukraine and EU countries: Collective monograph

Abstract

У монографії описано теоретичні та практичні аспекти розвитку науки в Україні та країнах ЄС. Виділено проблеми з аграрної науки, фізичної географії, геофізики, економічної та соціальної географії, геологічних наук, прикладних соціальних та комунікаційних технологій, декоративно-ужиткового мистецтва тощо. Видання розроблене для науковців, викладачів, аспірантів, студентів, а також широке коло читачів. Сучасні соціальні, державотворчі та правотворчі процеси не дають людині ні найменшої можливості думати, осмислювати, усвідомлювати та приймати правильні рішення. Все це - виконання обов’язків (соціальних, професійних, сімейних тощо) за винятком не лише вибору, а й здатності мислити. Для чого, мовляв, думати над життєво важливими питаннями, якщо мрія коротка, робота нескінченна, соціальний ритм взагалі ставить людину в «затверджену ціннісну реальність» - час і гроші, немає часу для друзів, сім'ї, сім'ї , громада, суспільство, держава і т. д. Суєта формує межі нескінченного вихору невирішених проблем, відсутності можливостей, пошуку "вчорашнього виходу", особистого та соціального забуття до такої міри, що ми не помічаємо дитячий сміх, ні шкільних оцінок, ні юнацького вихору, ні веселки після грози, ні тиші після дощу, ні старості батьків та багатьох інших значущих процесів. У цьому контексті саме філософія допомагає людині, яка хоче навчитися правильно мислити, заради себе, інших, громадськості, суспільного блага тощо. З огляду на це: предметом нашого дослідження є безпосередній вплив філософії на формування соціокультурного простору людини, методологія, яку ми використовували в наукових дослідженнях, є загально філософськими методами та принципами, метою буде вивчення рівень впровадження філософського мислення у формування загальносвітових тенденцій у формуванні правового мислення сучасної науки, що у свою чергу дало змогу з’ясувати значення філософського мислення для формування правової культури зокрема, і права в цілому. The monograph describes the theoretical and practical aspects of the development of science in Ukraine and the EU countries. There are distinguished the issues on the agricultural science, physical geography, geophysics, economic and social geography, geological sciences, applied social and communicational technologies, decorative and applied arts, etc. The publication is designed for scientists, lecturers, postgraduates, students, as well as a wide range of readers. The current social, state-making and law-making processes do not give a person the slightest opportunity to think, comprehend, realize and make the right decisions. All this is the fulfillment of duties (social, professional, family, etc.) with the exception of not only the choice but also the ability to think. For what, they say, to think about vital questions, if the dream is short, the work is endless, the social rhythm generally puts the person in the "approved value reality" - time and money, no time for friends, family, family, community, society, state etc. Vanity shapes the boundaries of a never ending whirlwind of unresolved problems, lack of opportunities, the search for a "way out" of yesterday, personal and social oblivion to such an extent that we do not notice any childish laughter, no school grades, no youth whirlwind, no rainbow after a thunderstorm, no silence of the rain, no old age of parents and many other meaningful processes. In such an approximate way, philosophy helps a person who wants to learn to think properly, for their own sake, others, the public, public good, and so on. With this in mind: the subject of our study is the direct influence of philosophy on the formation of socio-cultural space of man, the methodology that we used in scientific exploration, are general philosophical methods and principles, the purpose will be to study the level of implementation of philosophical thinking in the formation of global trends in the formation of legal thinking modern science, which in turn has made it possible to find out the importance of philosophical thinking for the formation of legal culture in particular, and law in general.
