Abstract

Підготовлено відповідно до програми навчальної дисципліни «Складання кримінальних процесуальних документів на стадії досудового розслідування» у закладах вищої освіти. Відобра жено сучас ний стан і перспективи розвитку вітчизняного кри мінального процесу з урахуванням практики його застосування, що виражено у складанні відповідних процесуальних документів під час досудового розслідування. Для здобувачів вищої освіти, слухачів, аспірантів, ад’юнктів та викладачів вишів і факультетів юридичної спрямованості усіх форм навчання, а також працівників судових і право охоронних органів. This was prepared in order to the program of the educational discipline “Drafting of criminal procedure documents at the stage of pretrial investigation ” in institutions of higher education. This article describes the current state and prospects of development of the domestic criminal process, taking into account the practice of its application, which is reflected in the creation of appropriate procedural documents during the pre-trial investigation. It is necessary for graduates of higher education, auditors, graduate students, associates and graduates of higher education institutions of the faculties of law of all forms of education and employees of judicial and law enforcement bodies.
