Abstract

Курс лекцій ґрунтується на Конституції України, законах та інших нормативно-правових актах в галузі конституційного права України з урахуванням останніх законодавчих змін. Визначаються предмет, джерела, система і суб’єкти конституційного права України. Розкривається зміст основних інститутів конституційного права України – засад конституційного ладу, громадянства, виборів, референдуму, законодавчої, виконавчої, судової влади, прокуратури, місцевого самоврядування. Видання курсу лекцій «Конституційне право України» спрямоване на задоволення потреб здобувачів освіти у лаконічному та водночас комплексному викладенні навчального матеріалу, який би відповідав тематиці програми навчальної дисципліни з конституційного права України та відображав новітні конституційно-правові перетворення. Course of lectures is based on Constitution of Ukraine, laws and other normative legal acts in the field of constitutional law of Ukraine, taking into account the latest legislative changes. The subject, someone, system and actors are determined of constitutional right of Ukraine. The content of the main institutes of constitutional law of Ukraine is explained – basis of the constitutional order, of nationality, of elections, of referendum, of legislature, of executive, of the judiciary, of the public prosecutor's office, of the local government. The edition of the course of lectures of Constitutional Law of Ukraine aimed at meeting the needs of educational instructors in a locally and comprehensively presented teaching material that would correspond to the subject of the curriculum program on constitutional law of Ukraine and reflect the latest constitutional and legal transformations.
