Abstract

Колективна монографія присвячена дослідженню теоретико-правових та практичних аспектів реалізації прав у сфері праці на основі аналізу засадничих теоретичних положень правової теорії, критичного осмислення і переломлення крізь призму особливостей реалізації права на працю, тлумачення приписів нормативно-правових актів трудового, господарського та цивільного законодавства, узагальнення практики застосування відповідних норм. Особливу увагу приділено аналізу сучасного стану та перспективі розвитку правового регулювання відносин у сфері праці, міжнародному трудовому праві у системі приватного права України, реалізації права на працю в процесі здійснення незалежної професійної та господарської діяльності. Розкриваються теоретичні та практичні аспекти міжнародного-правового та національного механізмів реалізації права на охорону праці та захист трудових прав працівників. Сформульовано низку пропозицій щодо вдосконалення правового регулювання прав у сфері праці.
