Abstract

Узагальнено низку питань, висвітлених у науковій та навчальній літературі з господарського процесуального права. Викладено заснований на чинному законодавстві матеріал за структурою судової господарської системи України, видах і розмежуванні правовідносин, які розглядають у межах підвідомчості господарські суди. Акцентовано на стадіях господарського процесу, окремих категоріях справ зі специфічними особливостями, через які їх розгляд виділено в окреме провадження, тощо. Для учасників господарського процесу, а також здобувачів вищої освіти і слухачів усіх форм навчання. The proposed textbook summarizes the range of issues that have already been covered in the scientific and educational literature on commercial procedural law. As part of practical assistance to participants in the economic process in this textbook details the current legislation on the structure of the judicial economic system of Ukraine, the types and delimitation of legal relations, which are considered within the jurisdiction of commercial courts. Particular attention is paid to the stages of the economic process, certain categories of cases that have specific features, due to which their consideration is allocated to a separate proceeding, etc. The textbook is designed primarily for participants in the economic process, as well as for applicants for higher education and students of all forms of education.
