Abstract

Розкрито концептуальні проблеми публічного адміністрування у секторі безпеки і оборони України у сучасних умовах та визначаються шляхи їх вирішення. Досліджено сутність та ознаки адміністративно-правового забезпечення публічного адміністрування взаємодії громадянського суспільства і Збройних Сил України. З’ясовано особливості правових засад розвитку військової освіти та науки. Визначено суть адміністративно-територіального військового управління. Для науково-педагогічних і наукових працівників, аспірантів та ад’юнктів, слухачів вищих військових навчальних закладів Збройних Сил, інших військових формувань України, представників органів військового управління і всіх, хто цікавиться проблемами публічного адміністрування у секторі безпеки і оборони України.

The conceptual problems of public administration in the security and defense sector of Ukraine in modern conditions are revealed and the ways of their solution are determined. The essence and features of administrative and legal support of public administration of interaction between civil society and the Armed Forces of Ukraine are studied. The peculiarities of the legal basis for the development of military education and science have been clarified. The essence of administrative-territorial military administration is determined. For scientific and pedagogical and research workers, graduate students and associate professors, students of higher military educational institutions of the Armed Forces, other military formations of Ukraine, representatives of military authorities and anyone interested in public administration in the security and defense sector of Ukraine.
