Abstract

Навчальний посібник розкриває основні питання психологічного забезпечення службової діяльності органів і підрозділів внутрішніх справ України, аналізує зміни психічних станів особистості в процесі правоохоронної практики. Особливу увагу автори посібника приділили проблемам психології ведення переговорів, забезпечення громадського порядку під час масових заходів з урахуванням культурно-ментальних особливостей учаcників, оперативного спілкування, а також психології особистої безпеки працівника міліції. The manual outlines the main issues of the psychological support of the official activities of the organs and divisions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, analyzes changes in the mental states of the individual in the process of law enforcement practice. The authors of the manual paid special attention to the problems of psychology of negotiation, provision of public order during mass actions taking into account the cultural and mental characteristics of participants, operational communication, as well as the psychology of personal safety of a police officer. It is designed for cadets and students of higher educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, heads and psychologists of the internal affairs bodies.
