Abstract

Визначено загальні положення правового захисту прав дітей в Україні, а також правові засади, завдання, форми, методи й алгоритми діяльності підрозділів ювенальної превенції поліції превентивної діяльності як одних з найбільш значущих підрозділів Національної поліції України, на які покладено багатофункціональні завдання, а саме: профілактичну діяльність, спрямовану на запобігання вчиненню дітьми кримінальних і адміністративних правопорушень; виявлення причин і умов, які цьому сприяють; вжиття у межах своєї компетенції заходів для їх усунення; взаємодію з іншими підрозділами Національної поліції України, органами державної влади та місцевого самоврядування з питань забезпечення прав і законних інтересів дітей. Для здобувачів вищої освіти ЗВО із специфічними умовами навчання та практичних працівників Національної поліції. The general provisions of legal protection of children's rights in Ukraine, as well as legal principles, tasks, forms, methods and algorithms of juvenile prevention of preventive police as one of the most important units of the National Police of Ukraine, which has a multifunctional task, namely preventive activities to avert children from committing criminal and administrative offenses, identify the causes and conditions that contribute to this, take measures within their competence to eliminate them and interact with other units of the National Police of Ukraine, public authorities and local governments to ensure the rights and legitimate interests of children are identified. This guide is designed for applicants for higher education of the instituton of higher education with specific training conditions and for the National Police officer.
