Актуальні проблеми взаємодії оперативних підрозділів та обміну оперативно-розшуковою інформацією при виявленні та припиненні злочинів

Abstract

Досліджено проблеми взаємодії оперативних підрозділів та обміну оперативно-розшуковою інформацією під час виявлення та припинення злочинів. Запропоновано пріоритетні напрями розвитку взаємодії підрозділів під час при здійснення обміну оперативною інформацією на сучасному етапі. Problems of cooperation and operational information exchange between operational units during detection and suppression of crimes are reviewed in the article. It is underlined, that prevention, detection and suppression of crimes could be reached by joining up of efforts of all bodies of internal affairs and ensuring of appropriate level of their cooperation. Successful organization of detection and suppression of crimes could be facilitated by appropriate cooperation with other law enforcement agencies, such as prosecutors’ offices, Security Service, Border Guards, tax, customs and penitentiary authorities, etc. Issues of cooperation with international law enforcement organizations, in particular NCB of Interpol in Ukraine, were also considered in the article. Different forms of cooperation between law enforcement agencies and their joint actions in combating criminality were explored. Priority directions were proposed for development of cooperation between operational units in operational information exchange at the current time. It is stated in conclusions, that problem of cooperation between operational units during detection and suppression of crimes should be further explored and studied.
