Abstract

Підручник «Організація наукових досліджень у сфері менеджменту та безпеки організації» охоплює вісім тем, які послідовно розкривають зміст дисципліни. У підручнику розкрито поняття наукового дослідження та порядок його здійснення; розкрито системний підхід у наукових дослідженнях сфери управління та при дослідженні безпеки організацій; проаналізовані наукометричні бази даних та соціальні мережі вчених при здійсненні наукових досліджень; охарактеризовано види апробацій та публікацій результатів наукового дослідження; представлені основні наукові школи менеджменту та школи безпекознавства. The textbook “Organization of Scientific Researches in the Sphere of Organizational Management and Security” covers eight topics that consistently disclose the content of the academic discipline. The textbook describes the concept of the scientific research and the procedure of its implementation; delineates the systematic approach in scientific researches of the management sphere and organizational security; analyzes scientometric databases and social networks of scientists in the process of conducting scientific research; characterizes types of approvals and publications of scientific research results; presents main scientific schools of management and schools of security science. The study material is presented in the form of diagrams, tables, supported by a glossary, recommended literature, tests, questions for self-testing, tasks aimed at mastering the skills of conducting scientific research and using the acquired knowledge in the process of organization of efficient scientific work.
