Адаптивне управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства

Abstract

Умови ведення бізнесу в Україні доволі складно визначити як прийнятні, скоріше екстремальні, коли подальша трансформація національної економіки поєднується із все глибшою інтеграцією в світовий економічний простір, де посилення конкуренції супроводжується відкритістю внутрішнього ринку. 2020-2021 рр. ознаменувалися застосуванням радикальних обмежувальних заходів задля гальмуванню швидкості й зменшенню смертності від новітньої пандемії, яка була спричинена вірусом COVID-19. Початок 2022 р. посилив нестабільність економічного середовища нашої країни через активізацію військових дій. Такі фактичні умови функціонування українських підприємств вимагають перегляду засад функціонування за для першочергового виживання як базової ланки національної економіки, яка покликана виконувати важливі економічні та соціальні функції. Стабілізація діяльності в межах кожного окремого підприємства в значній мірі залежить від ефективності управління його економічною безпекою, ключову роль в системі якої відіграє фінансова складова. Шляхом послідовного розгляду базових понять як то «адаптація», «адаптивність», «адаптація підприємства», «адаптивне управління» обґрунтовано базові засади застосування адаптивного управління фінансовою безпекою підприємства. Conditions for doing business in Ukraine are quite difficult to define as acceptable, rather extreme, when further transformation of the national economy is combined with deeper integration into the world economic space, where increased competition is accompanied by open domestic markets. The years 2020-2021 were marked by the application of radical restrictive measures to slow down the speed and reduce mortality from the latest pandemic caused by the COVID-19 virus. The beginning of 2022 increased the instability of the economic environment of our country due to the intensification of hostilities. Such actual conditions of functioning of Ukrainian enterprises require a revision of the principles of funtioning for the primary survival as a basic link of the national economy, which is designed to perform important economic and social functions. Stabilization of activities within each individual enterprise largely depends on the effectiveness of its economic security management, a key role in the system of which is played by the financial component. To form the theoretical foundations of adaptive management of financial security of the enterprise used methods: induction and deduction, comparison and systematization - in the study of the essential characteristics of the terms "adaptation", "adaptability", "adaptation of the enterprise", "adaptive management"; synthesis and analysis - for the formation of theoretical provisions for the implementation of adaptive management of financial security of the enterprise;morphological analysis - to clarify the content of the purpose and main tasks of adaptive management of financial security of the enterprise; graphic - for visual presentation of theoretical and methodological material; abstract-logical - for theoretical generalizations and conclusions of the study. By consistently considering the basic concepts such as "adaptation", "adaptability", "adaptation of the enterprise", "adaptive management", the basic principles of application of adaptive management of financial security of the enterprise are substantiated. It is substantiated that the adaptive management of financial security of the enterprise should be understood as the process of implementing coordinated measures, in conditions of limited information and rapid and difficult to anticipate changes in operating conditions, which include changes in organizational structure, style and methods of financial security management. safety and effectiveness of protective measures. The purpose and main tasks of this component of economic security management of the enterprise are determined.
