Вітчизняні особливості розробки та реалізації стратегії фінансової безпеки бізнес-структур

Abstract

У статті визначено принципи та методи забезпечення фінансової безпеки бізнес-структур. Розглянуто методи комплексної діагностики систем, необхідних для власного розвитку. Запропоновано механізми реалізації стратегії фінансової безпеки бізнес-структур. Актуальними проблемами сьогодення в контексті зміцнення фінансової безпеки можна вважати зниження інвестиційної активності, наявні фінансові дисбаланси, недостатні темпи відтворювальних процесів тощо. Водночас у стратегічному плані фінансову безпеку бізнес-структур гарантує розробка та реалізація фінансової стратегії, спрямована на створення конкурентоспроможної високотехнологічної продукції. Важливим з огляду фінансових інтересів працівників компанії є врахування фінансового потенціалу компанії, моніторинг потенційних загроз, впровадження постулатів ризик-менеджменту у практику вітчизняних компаній. Актуальність статті підсилює той факт, що Україна сьогодні охоплена не лише глибокою соціально-економічною, фінансовою кризою, а також війною. The article defines the principles and methods of ensuring the financial security of business structures, substantiates the need for application and proposes mechanisms for implementing the strategy of financial security of business structures. Methods of complex diagnostics of systems necessary for own development are considered. In the conditions of an unstable internal environment, high risk of financial transactions, increasing global challenges, the question of ensuring the stability of business structures and the development of the national economy in the country is urgent. In order to solve this important task, a clearly formed reference point of the strategic course of the financial security of business structures depends. The functioning of business on the domestic and foreign markets is possible only with safe harmony of interstate relations, in unstable economic conditions, as well as with compliance with current legislation and corporate interests of business structures. Only with the development of the company’s financial strategy, when the financial strategic goals correspond to the real financial and economic resources of business structures, the success of economic activity is guaranteed. The management of the enterprise, including the financial department, must use flexible and adequate methods of activity in order to quickly respond to changes in the financial and economic situation from the outside. The reasons for ensuring financial security are a priority task for business structures: the availability of an information base, as it uses and interprets data for their properprocessing; the ability to regulate the impact of functional structures on the company’s business; autonomy from other functional structures, because it performs the functions of accounting, control, analysis and regulates their activities; performs effective countermeasures against external and internal negative influences on the company’s activities.
