Повідомлення у кримінальному провадженні

Abstract

В статті розглянуто інститут інформування учасників кримінального провадження. Наведено основні доктринальні підходи до визначення таких правових категорій як повідомлення, повістка та виклик. Розглянуто позиції щодо співвдношення повідомлення та виклику як суміжних категорій. Висвітлено специфіку системи заходів забезпечення кримінального провадження, а саме інформування учасників кримінального процесу у вигляді повідомлень. The article deals with the institute of informing participants in criminal proceedings. The basic doctrinal approaches to defining such legal categories as notice, summons and summons are outlined. Positions for correlating the message and the call as related categories are considered. The specifics of the system of measures for ensuring criminal proceedings, namely informing the participants of the criminal process in the form of communications, are highlighted.
