Ідеї соборності в українській політико-правовій думці (спроба системного аналізу)

Abstract

Виконано аналіз місця та ролі ідей соборності в українській політико-правовій думці, а також причин виникнення цих ідей та особливостей їхнього розвитку. Окрему увагу приділено практиці конституційно-правового закріплення принципів територіальної цілісності держави та національної єдності українського народу. The article is dedicated to analysis of the role and place of the ideas of conciliarism in Ukrainian state legal doctrine, and to the reasons of occurrence of these ideas, to the peculiarities of their development. Special attention is paid to the practice of the constitutional legal fixing of the principles of territorial integrity of the state and national unity of Ukrainian people.
