Деякі аспекти дослідження проблеми девіантної поведінки неповнолітніх

Abstract

У статті проаналізовано основні чинники девіацій з метою виявлення причин, які впливають на формування і виникнення девіантної поведінки підлітків, адже науковий інтерес до проблеми девіантних проявів серед неповнолітніх та їх профілактики зростає дедалі більше. Досліджено погляди учених на ефективні шляхи попередження такої поведінки та її усунення. The article analyzes the main factors of deviations in order to identify the causes that affect the formation and occurrence of deviant behavior of adolescents, because the scientific interest in the problem of deviant manifestations among juveniles and their prevention is increasing ever more. Interest in the problem of deviant manifestations among juveniles and their prevention is now increasing, as deviant behavior among children and adolescents has become widespread over the past decades, which has prompted scientists to actively search for effective ways to prevent and eliminate them, and government structures to upgrade legislative acts and the development of long-term programs, tangent to the content of deviations. Studies of various types of deviant behavior (illegal, asocial, antidisciplinary, addictive, and others) convincingly indicate defects in the ability to self-regulate individuals who committed certain deviations. It is noted that the deviant behavior of minors in its external manifestations is increasingly closer to criminal, that is, deviantcriminal behavior - a behavior that is contrary to generally accepted norms and in its extreme forms of manifestation is criminal in nature. Proceeding from all the above, one can give such a definition of deviant behavior – it is a stable behavior of the individual, deviating from the most important social norms, causing real harm to society or the person itself, as well as it is accompanied by its social maladaptation.
