Особливості місцевого інформаційного тижневика

Abstract

Проаналізовано ключові характеристики організації матеріалів у місцевих інформаційних газетах, а також тематичні, типологічні та творчі журналістські особливості. Ознакою всіх сучасних інформаційних засобів масової інформації є певна агресивність у поданні інформації. Деякі медіа підсилюють емоційне враження від подій, особливо зі знаком “мінус”. Значна частина новин і так мають негативне забарвлення: події кримінального світу, політичні конфлікти, економічні кризи тощо. Не можна сказати, що це суто редакційна політика, це скоріше відображення інформаційної картини тижня в регіоні загалом. Що ж то тих аспектів, що залежать саме від позиції редакції, то тут, насамперед, можна говорити про подання новин зі знаком “плюс” або про прагнення до неупередженості, ніж до “розпалювання пристрастей”. Усі найменші інформаційні приводи активно використовують для служіння цій меті. Така позиція притаманна практично всім місцевим ЗМІ. The local press is a focus of reporting the sorest and the most interesting problems, which are vital for local audience. Among several types of local printed mass-media (daily newspaper, the newspaper published several times a week and a weekly paper) just the weekly papers are such a type of press, which contains the most winning materials for audience. The weekly paper does not strive for energy getting things done, does not depend on the effect of freshness, does not need “frizzled” or “hot”, but not rarely unreliable materials. The weekly paper, namely of local typological trend, contains much of analytics, information presenting, which gives the notion about past events, advertising and entertaining reports, etc. The difference of the local weekly papers is that they give exclusive information either for this region or for the local press. Taking as an example the inter district local newspaper “the Seven Days”, key characteristics of organization of materials in the similar newspapers and also thematic, typological and creative peculiarities are analyzed. Characteristic feature of all modern mass-media is certain aggression in presenting the information. Some media even specially (and often without motive) emotionally expresses the events, particularly with minus sign. Furthermore, that the most part of the news has negative tint: incidents in criminal world, political conflicts, economic crisis, etc. It cannot be said that there is the only press policy, this is rapidly the expression of information weekly picture in the region generally. According to those aspects that depend on the position of editorship, it can be rapidly said about presenting the news with “plus” sign or the aspiration for impassivity than for “lighting the passion”. All the least information occasions actively are used for service of this purpose. Such a position is inherent practically for all local mass-media.
