Кар’єрні орієнтації студентської молоді крізь призму кризових ситуацій в Україні

Abstract

У статті з’ясовано особливості кар’єрних орієнтацій молоді. Проаналізовано типи кар’єрних орієнтацій, які найбільшою мірою були актуальними й важливими під час пандемії Covid-19 (стабільність місця проживання, автономія та інтеграція стилів життя), та ті, що є важливими зараз під час війни (менеджмент, служіння, підприємництво). З’ясовано й відмінності у прояві кар’єрних орієнтацій за час кризових ситуацій 2022 року. Так, за час повномасштабної війни на території України зросли показники таких кар’єрних орієнтацій, як професійна компетентність, менеджмент, стабільність місця проживання, виклик та підприємництво. Що стосується особистісних якостей, то в часі військового стану у молоді найбільш проявляється відкритість досвіду та нейротизм. The article clarifes the peculiarities of career orientations of young people. The types of career orientations that were most relevant and important during the Covid-19 pandemic (residence stability, autonomy and integration of lifestyles) and those that are important now during the war (management, service, entrepreneurship) are analyzed. Differences in the manifestation of career orientations during the crisis situations of 2022 were also clarifed. Thus, during the full-scale war on the territory of Ukraine, indicators of such career orientations as professional competence, management, stability of the place of residence, challenge and entrepreneurship increased As for personal qualities, in the time of martial law, openness to experience and neuroticism are manifested to the greatest extent in young people.
