Імідж педагога середньої школи як фактор ефективності його діяльності: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» за спеціальністю 053 «Психологія»

Abstract

В кваліфікаційній роботі на основі виявленого рівня розвитку іміджу педагога середньої школи розроблено модель розвитку професійного педагогічного іміджу вчителя середньої школи. Проаналізовано міждисциплінарний підхід щодо розуміння поняття імідж; виявлено психологічні особливості іміджу педагога середньої школи. Визначено критерії ефективності діяльності педагога. У результаті проведеного емпіричного дослідження здійснено оцінку та аналіз результатів експериментального дослідження. Розроблено модель формування позитивного педагогічного іміджу вчителя середньої школи. In the qualification work, based on the revealed level of development of the image of the secondary school teacher, a model of the development of the professional pedagogical image of the secondary school teacher was developed. An interdisciplinary approach to understanding the concept of image is analyzed; the psychological features of the image of a secondary school teacher are revealed. The criteria for the effectiveness of the teacher's activity have been determined. As a result of the conducted empirical research, an evaluation and analysis of the results of the experimental research was carried out. A model of the formation of a positive pedagogical image of a secondary school teacher has been developed.
