Особливості soft skills студентів-психологів: кваліфікаційна робота на здобуття освітнього ступеня «бакалавр» за спеціальністю 053 «Психологія»

Abstract

Наукова робота присвячена дослідженню особливостей розвитку «soft skills» у студентів-психологів. Мета роботи – на основі теоретико-емпіричного дослідження встановити особливості розвитку «soft skills» у студентів-психологів як важливої складової їхньої майбутньої професійної діяльності. Основними завданнями роботи є здійснити теоретичний аналіз особливостей розвитку «soft skills» у студентів-психологів; охарактеризувати рівень розвитку «soft skills» у студентів-психологів на підставі проведеного дослідження; визначити рекомендації з розвитку «soft skills» у майбутніх психологів. The annotation contains the results of a theoretical-empirical study, based on which the peculiarities of the development of soft skills among psychology students were established. A theoretical analysis of scientific approaches to the concept, content and components of soft skills was carried out, and the peculiarities of the development of soft skills among psychology students were clarified. The results of the empirical study showed that first-year students have less developed communicative and organizational tendencies, leadership skills and time management skills, which confirmed the need for the development of soft skills in future psychologists throughout the entire period of study.
