Інтерес як емоційне підкріплення мотивації до саморозвитку

Abstract

Інтерес є одним із чинників емоційного підкріплення мотивації до саморозвитку. Представлені визначення понять «мотивація», «інтерес», «саморозвиток особистості», розглянуто особливості емоційного підкріплення мотивації до саморозвитку особи. Обґрунтовано думку, що формування інтересу як емоційного підкріплення сприяє розвитку самовдосконалення. Світогляд особистості здатен збагачуватися завдяки дії пізнавального інтересу на діяльність. Активізація процесу, а отже, і зростання мотивації до виконання завдань можливо завдяки пізнавальному інтересу. Ефективна діяльність можлива за умови пізнавального начала, а творчі процеси і дослідження сприяють реконструкції діяльності. Пізнавальний інтерес, що формується спочатку через ігрову діяльність, а потім навчальну – найважливіше утворення особистості, що можливе завдяки соціуму, в якому перебуває особистість на кожному етапі свого розвитку і жодним чином не властиве людині від народження. У статті розглянуто інтерес як: прояв емоційної активності та інтелектуального процесу; як особливе, емоційно привабливе ставлення особистості до об’єкта на основі життєвого знання і досвіду; спрямованість психічних процесів людини на об’єкти і явища навколишнього світу в руслі винахідництва; прагнення і потреба особистості займатися тією діяльністю, яка приносить задоволення; потужний стимул активності особистості; цілеспрямоване і вибіркове ставлення до навколишнього світу, до його об’єктів, явищ, процесів. Характеризуючи інтерес, ми акцентували на тому, що він має три маркери: емоційно заряджений стосовно діяльності; у ньому наявна пізнавальна сторона цієї емоції, тобто те, що ми називаємо радістю пізнання; наявний безпосередній мотив, що йде від самої діяльності, тобто діяльність сама по собі привертає та спонукає займатися, незалежно від інших мотивів. Interest is one of the factors of emotional reinforcement of motivation to self-development. Representation of definition of concepts “motivation”, “interest”, “self-development of personality”, considered peculiarities of emotional reinforcement of motivation to self-development of personality. The opinion is that the formation of interest as emotional reinforcement contributes to the development of self-improvement. The worldview of the personality is able to be enriched by the action of cognitive interest in activity. Activation of the process, and therefore the increase of motivation to perform tasks is possible due to cognitive interest. Effective activity is possible under condition of cognitive beginnings, and creative processes and researches contribute to reconstruction of activity. Cognitive interest that is formed first through the gaming activity, and then the educational – the most important formation of the person, which is possible thanks to the society, where the person is at every stage of development and in no way inherent to the person from Birth. The gender is considered to be of interest as: the manifestation of emotional activity and intellectual process; as a special, emotionally attractive attitude of the person to the object, on the basis of life knowledge and experience; the direction of mental processes of man on objects and phenomena of the world in mainstream invention; desire and need of personality to engage in the activities that bring pleasure; powerful stimulus of personality activity; purposeful and selective attitude to the surrounding world, to its objects, phenomena and processes. Describing the interest, we emphasized the fact that it has three markers: emotionally charged against the activity; it has the cognitive side of this emotion, that is, what we call the joy of cognition; there is a direct motive that comes from the activity itself, that is, activity in itself attracts and prompts to engage, regardless of other motives.
