Засади створення зовнішнього інформаційного поля безпекової діяльності торговельних підприємств

Abstract

Раніше існуючі пріоритети в безпековій діяльності стосовно ліквідації наслідків внутрішніх загроз втратили актуальність через суттєвість впливу в межах останніх кількох років новітніх факторів. COVID-19 та нова фаза військової агресії вимагає трансформації системи економічної безпеки в межах кожного торговельного підприємства незалежно від масштабів його діяльності. Такі зміни полягають в розширенні інформаційного поля, зокрема його зовнішньої частини, задля провадження безпекової діяльності виходячи із необхідності завчасного виявлення зовнішніх і внутрішніх загроз та усіх нових можливостей, використання яких дозволяє покращити конкурентні позиції. Розглянуто параметри однієї із багатьох точок зовнішнього інформаційного поля, яка передбачає ретельне відстеження змін в чисельності працівників торговельних підприємств задля встановлення тенденцій та на цій основі коригування стратегії розвитку. The previously existing priorities in security activities related to the elimination of the consequences of internal threats have lost their relevance due to the signifcant impact of the latest factors in the last few years. COVID-19 and the new phase of military aggression require the transformation of the economic security system within the limits of each trade enterprise, regardless of the scale of its activity. Such changes consist in the expansion of the information feld, in particular its external part, for the implementation of security activities based on the need for early detection of external and internal threats and all new opportunities, the use of which allows improving competitive positions. The purpose of the study is to generalize ofcial statistical data and the work of representatives of scientifc schools to determine trends in the change in the number of employees of trade enterprises as one of the components of information support for their security activities. In order to form the basis of the creation of an external information feld for the safe operation of trade enterprises, the following methods were applied: induction and deduction, comparison and systematization – in the study of trends in the change in the number of trade enterprises and the employees employed in them; synthesis and analysis – to determine the importance of the influence of individual factors on the staff of trading enterprises; morphological analysis – to clarify the principles of implementing security activities in relation to those threats that arise due to changes in the qualitative and quantitative composition of the personnel of trade enterprises; graphic – for visual representation of theoretical and methodical material; abstract-logical – for theoretical generalizations and research conclusions. The parameters of one of the many points of the external information feld, which involves careful tracking of changes in the number of employees of trade enterprises in order to establish trends and adjust the development strategy on this basis, are considered. It was revealed that within 2010–2022 there was a strengthening of the personnel potential of large enterprises and optimization of the personnel composition of small enterprises. It has been proven that the level of motivation in trade enterprises is not high enough, which provokes the emergence of new threats to their security. It is justifed that the detected changes should be systematically monitored by security subjects to adjust the personnel policy of a certain enterprise.
