Метод автоматизованого підрахунку кількості учасників масових заворушень за аерофотознімками

Abstract

Задача визначення кількісного складу учасників масових заворушень сьогодні вирішується з великими похибками, без врахування оперативності і носить суб’єктивну оцінку. У статті запропоновано метод, заснований на підрахунку кількості пікселей аерофотозображення, зробленого з використанням безпілотного літального апарату, учасників масових заворушень і фонового зображення. Похибка становить менше 10 %. When conducting a special operation to handle riots, information flows are of a signifcant amount, information changes faster, and its processing time increases with the existing methods and means. At the same time, the time available to the commanding authorities for the preparation of proposals for the intent and plan for a special operation is limited. Tere is a contradiction between the distribution of the needs of the operational accounting of a signifcant number of factors characterizing the development of events and the limited possibilities of obtaining and processing the necessary information for this under existing methods of intelligence. Analysis of the known methods for calculating participants in mass disorders, such as the Jacobs method or counting the number of rows and columns by an observer, has low accuracy, does not meet the requirements of efciency and is a subjective assessment. A method of automated calculation of the number of participants of handle riots by aerophotos from unmanned aerial vehicles during reconnaissance during a special operation is offered. Te method is based on pixel counting of aerophotographs of participants in mass events and the background image. A comparative assessment of the errors in counting the number of participants in mass riots has been carried out. Te developed method of automated calculation of participants in the riots with aerophotos allowed to increase the reliability of the data, reduced the time to calculate the number of participants in the riots by 14 times. Tis makes it possible to objectively determine the number of forces and resources, a unit of the security forces in a special operation. Te use of the method of automated counting of participants in mass riots with aerial photography, made with the help of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) can reduce data processing time and increase their reliability without signifcant additional costs. In the course of calculation MatLab sofware is used.
