Правові засади діяльності з надання адміністративних послуг населенню України органами місцевого самоврядування: дисертація

Abstract

Дисертація є науковим дослідженням, у якому здійснено аналіз правових засад діяльності органів місцевого самоврядування у сфері надання адміністративних послуг населенню України. Вивчено та проаналізовано організацію діяльності органів місцевого самоврядування з надання адміністративних послуг населенню України, а також кадрове забезпечення діяльності вказаних органів. Запропоновано напрями підвищення ефективності діяльності органів місцевого самоврядування з надання адміністративних послуг населенню України на основі удосконалення нормативних основ та порядку і умов надання таких послуг. Сформульовано пропозиції щодо поліпшення організації діяльності органів місцевого самоврядування з надання адміністративних послуг населенню, а також щодо кадрового забезпечення вказаних органів на основі наявного позитивного закордонного досвіду. The dissertation is a scientific research which analyses the problems of the legal principles of the activities of local self-government bodies in the provision of administrative services to Ukrainian population. The thesis deals with the study and analysis of the organization and the personnel provision of the activities of local self – government bodies in the provision of administrative services to Ukrainian population. The author proposes the ways of raising of the efficiency of the activities of local self – government bodies in the provision of administrative services to Ukrainian population on the basis of the improvement of the standard bases and legal services. The suggestions as to improvement of the organization and the personnel provision of the activities of local self – government bodies in the provision of administrative services to Ukrainian population on the basis of the existing foreign positive experience are made.
