Теоретичні та методичні засади культурологічної підготовки курсантів вищих навчальних закладів МВС України: дисертація

Abstract

У дисертації проаналізовано стан культурологічної підготовки курсантів вищих навчальних закладів МВС України. Науково обґрунтовано педагогічні умови культурологічної підготовки курсантів вищих навчальних закладів МВС України, що виражено в трьохкомпонентній структурі (процесуальний, мотиваційний, змістовий). Розроблено модель культурологічної підготовки курсантів вищих навчальних закладів МВС України. Визначено компоненти (аксіологічний, процесуальний, когнітивний та управлінсько-регулятивний), критерії та показники культурологічної підготовки курсантів вищих навчальних закладів МВС України, на основі аналізу їх якісних і кількісних проявів встановлено три рівні підготовки: низький, середній та високий. Обґрунтовано систему принципів культурологічної підготовки курсантів вищих навчальних закладів МВС України: вільного вибору індивідуального напряму культурологічної підготовки; забезпечення наступності культурологічної підготовки; відповідності культурологічної підготовки вимогам до особистості сучасного фахівця; відкритості культурологічної підготовки; розвивального потенціалу культурологічної підготовки; системності культурологічної підготовки; взаємозв’язку методів та форм культурологічної підготовки. Розроблено концепцію культурологічної підготовки курсантів вищих навчальних закладів МВС України. The thesis investigates the state of the culturological training of the cadets at the higher educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Ukraine. The pedagogical conditions of the culturological training of the cadets at the higher educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Ukraine, which are expressed in a three-component structure (procedural, motivational, contextual) are scientifically grounded. The model of the culturological training of the cadets of the higher educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is worked out. The components (axiological, cognitive, process-technological, control and regulative component), criteria and indices of the culturological training of the cadets at the higher educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Ukraine are defined. Three levels of training: low, middle and high are determined on the basis of their qualitative and quantitative display. The system of the principles of the culturological training of the cadets at the higher educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Ukraine is grounded: the free choice of the individual direction of the culturological training; the provision of the succession of the culturological training; the conformity of the culturological training with the requirements to a modern specialist; the openness of the culturological training; the development potential of the culturological training; systematic character of the culturological training; the correlation of the methods and forms of the culturological training. The concept of the culturological training of the cadets at the higher educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine is developed.
