Психологічна готовність працівників ОВС до діяльності в екстремальних ситуаціях: дисертація

Abstract

У дисертації міститься комплексне дослідження питань психологічної готовності працівників ОВС до діяльності в екстремальних ситуаціях, та питання організаційно-психологічних засад підвищення рівня психологічної готовності працівників міліції до діяльності в екстремальних ситуаціях; проаналізовано складові елементи професійно-психологічної підготовки працівників міліції до діяльності в екстремальних ситуаціях; здійснено аналіз особливостей оперативно-службової діяльності працівників ОВС в екстремальних ситуаціях; досліджено питання обґрунтування вибору методик експериментального дослідження; розкрито зміст психодіагностичного алгоритму визначення та прогнозування психологічної готовності працівників ОВС до діяльності в екстремальних умовах. The dissertation deals with the complex research of psychological readiness of officers of bodies of internal affairs to the activity in extreme situations, and the problems of organizational and psychological principles of raising of the standards of psychological readiness of militia officers to the activity in extreme situations; the components of professionally psychological training of militia officers to the activity in extreme situations are analyzed; the analysis of features of the operative-official activity of officers of bodies of internal affairs in extreme situations is carried out; the problems of choice grounds of experimental research methods are investigated; the content of the psychodiagnostic algorithm of determination and prognostication of psychological readiness of officers of bodies of internal affairs to the activity in extreme situations is described.
