Краткий осмотр (реферат): Дослідження присвячено розробленню методу мінімізації втрат потужності тягово-транспортних засобів при русі по опорній поверхні з утворенням колії. Метою даного дослідження є підвищення тягового коефіцієнту корисної дії позашляхових тягово-транспортних засобів шляхом визначення та мінімізації втрат потужності на утворення колії на опорній поверхні під впливом ходових частин засобу. Підвищення коефіцієнту корисної дії тягово-транспортних засобів, котрий складає 55÷65 %, є пріоритетним напрямом розвитку механізації сільського господарства. Частина втрат, які залежать від конструкції засобу, в процесі експлуатації майже не контролюється. Але на суттєві втрати в ходових системах, які доходять до 20 %, можна впливати. Суть впливу полягає в узгоджені налаштування ходових систем тягово-транспортних засобів із станом опорної поверхні. Зокрема, в процесі даного дослідження був проведений аналіз величин потужностей, що витрачаються на переміщення елементів системи «остов машини – підвіска – ходова система – опорна поверхня, яка деформується» на підставі визначення силових та кінематичних факторів. На підставі прямих вимірювань визначаються втрати потужності ходовими системами на утворення колії на опорній поверхні та переміщення елементів ходової системи. Запропоновано визначати потужність, яка витрачається на утворення колії здійснювати шляхом множення частки сили ваги, яка припадає на відповідний рушій на швидкість руйнування опорної поверхні. На підставі отриманих результатів та аналізу експериментальних даних зроблено такий висновок. Запропонована методика визначення втрат потужності на утворення колії тягово-транспортними засобами на опорній поверхні дозволяє обґрунтовувати вибір параметрів ходових систем з метою підвищення тягового коефіцієнту корисної дії. The effective management of depository activities is critical for maintaining the stability of the financial market, protecting the rights of investors, and maintaining trust in financial institutions. In Ukraine, the issue of the effective management of depository activities becomes especially important for ensuring the stability of the stock market and maintaining investment attractiveness for international investors, as it requires a comprehensive approach that combines the legal and economic tools necessary to reduce existing risks that require the adaptation of legal regulations and the implementation of new management strategies to ensure the continuity and security of depository operations. Aim and tasks. The aim is to study the features of the expansion of depository operations in Ukraine, considering martial law, economic challenges and threats that have affected the functioning of financial agents and the stock market. Results. An analysis of the factors that influenced the activities of depository institutions during war and economic crises was carried out. The efficiency of accounting and depositors' activities in depository institutions was analysed. The directions for the optimisation of the depository activities of Ukrainian depository institutions are substantiated. During the 3rd quarter of 2023, the volume of depository assets increased by 7.2% compared to the same period of 2021, the volume of accounting operations increased by 41.6%, and the number of depositors' accounts increased by 76.5%, which indicates the positive dynamics of depository activities on the stock market of Ukraine. The correlation coefficient was 0.088, indicating a weak positive relationship between the volume of accounting transactions of depository institutions and the number of accounts of depositors of depository institutions. Conclusions. The study analyses the grouping of negative factors (military action, constant shelling, devaluation of the currency, inflation, decrease in investment attractiveness of institutions, and low level of income of citizens) that influenced the development of depository activities in Ukraine under martial law, as well as the efficiency of depository institutions, through the analysis of individual performance indicators. The purpose of this study was to analyse possible ways of improving the technology of counteracting the factors that facilitate the formation of a crisis situation at an enterprise in the system of managerial decision-making. The research methodology involved the use of formal legal analysis of legislation and the expert method to identify external and internal economic and legal factors, as well as methods of system analysis and hierarchy analysis. As a result, the most signifcant negative economic and legal factors were identifed. A matrix grid between these factors, both internal and external, was presented. The main result of the study is a model that presents a technology for counteracting negative factors that can lead to crisis situations at a modern enterprise in Ukraine. Among these factors, a special place is occupied by those caused by the specifc features of the current regulatory framework for the activities of enterprises under martial law, which is based on the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 303-2022-p of 2022 and the Law of Ukraine No. 2136-IX “On the Organisation of Labour Relations under Martial Law”. As a result, the proposed technology lays the information foundation for making effective management decisions by key security actors in a modern enterprise. The practical value of this study lies in the possibility of using the proposed approach in the activities of Ukrainian enterprises to meet the information needs of security actors. Метою статті є аналіз можливих шляхів удосконалення технології протидії чинникам, що уможливлюють утворення кризової ситуації на підприємстві в системі прийняття управлінських рішень. Методологія дослідження передбачала застосування формально-юридичного аналізу законодавства та експертного методу для виокремлення зовнішніх й внутрішніх економіко-правових чинників, методів системного аналізу й аналізу ієрархії. В результаті було виокремлено найбільш вагомі негативні чинники економічного й правового характеру. Представлено матричну сітку між цими факторами як внутрішніми, так й зовнішніми. Such choices depend on a considerable number of variables, including environmental, economic, and legal challenges, which are exacerbated by the hyper-dynamic environment. The purpose of this study was to develop a methodical approach to evaluating the strategies of functioning of a tourism enterprise. The key research methods were the expert analysis method, which helped to determine the impact of certain challenges, and the BOCR method, which formed the basis for modelling. The study created a model for evaluating the proposed two variants for the strategy of functioning of a tourism enterprise according to the four BOCR criteria: positive effects, costs, opportunities, and risks of environmental, economic, and legal nature. Thus, it was possible to create a basis for building an information framework for the development and implementation of an optimised strategy that will satisfy all the environmental, economic, and legal needs of the modern tourism industry. It was found that martial law in Ukraine leads to an increase in the dynamism of the external environment, wherein an adaptive approach allows such open socioeconomic systems as modern tourism enterprises to function safely. The study found that the best strategy for tourism enterprises as of 2024 is a dynamic adaptive one, which involves dynamic actions and allocation of own resources for the development of domestic tourism with the expansion of international corporate cooperation and partnership. The study described how the proposed strategy of operation affects the legal security of tourism enterprises. The practical value and signifcance of the fndings obtained is that the proposed methodological approach to assessing the strategies of functioning of a tourism enterprise can be used by the subjects of both economic and legal security, which include the management of the enterprises themselves and persons making managerial decisions in the feld of ensuring their securityl. Вибір оптимальної стратегії функціонування туристичного підприємства є вагомим фактором, який впливає на його безпеку та розвиток. Такого роду вибір залежить від значної кількості змінних, в тому числі й від еколого-економічних й правових викликів, які посилюються внаслідок гіпердинамічності зовнішнього середовища. Метою статті є розроблення методичного підходу до оцінювання стратегій функціонування туристичного підприємства. Ключовими методами дослідження стали метод експертного аналізу, завдяки якому було встановлено значення впливу тих чи інших викликів, метод BOCR який становив основу для моделювання. В ході дослідження створено модель оцінювання запропонованих двох варіантів стратегії функціонування туристичного підприємства за чотирма критеріями BOCR: позитивні наслідки, витрати, можливості та ризики еколого-економічного та правового характеру. Таким чином вдалось створити базис для побудови інформаційної основи щодо розроблення й впровадження оптимальної стратегії, яка задовільнить усі еколого-економічні та правові потреби сучасного туристичного. Зʼясовано, що воєнний стан в Україні зумовлює посилення динамічності зовнішнього середовища при якому адаптивний підхід дозволяє безпечно функціонувати таким відкритим соціально-економічним системам як сучасні туристичні підприємства.
